Meet Dr. Rebecca Gardner

Hi, I’m Dr. Rebecca Gardiner, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC.

And I believe healing happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves—and start reconnecting with who God created us to be.

I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, but more than that—I’m a woman of faith, a mother, a deep thinker, and someone who’s walked through seasons of struggle and come out with a heart even more anchored in Christ.

Over the past five years, I’ve had the sacred privilege of walking beside Christian men and women through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional exhaustion, and soul-deep weariness. My approach blends clinical expertise with Christ-centered truths, because I believe real healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.

In my work, I’ve learned something sacred: Pain doesn’t disqualify us—it prepares us.

The moments we think might break us are often the ones that lead us to deeper growth, greater faith, and radical transformation—if we’re willing to look beneath the surface.

That’s the work I’m honored to do—helping people find purpose in their pain, uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, and begin rewriting the story they’ve been living.

Because when God begins to heal your heart, your story changes—and so does your life, your relationships, and the people you love.

Why I Do This Work

I founded my practice with one goal in mind:

To create a sacred space where people can be honest about what hurts—and finally feel safe enough to heal.

I’ve worked with people who are grieving, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply tired of performing. I’ve seen what happens when someone lays down shame and picks up truth. And I’ve watched what’s possible when a person stops surviving and starts trusting the One who heals.

I do this work because I believe your healing matters—not just for you, but for your family, your faith, and your future.
